Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. Simply send us a message requesting cancellation. We can also downgrade your plan type if requested. Your service will continue until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, but no further payments will be taken. At the end of your paid period you have the choice to migrate your website elsewhere, or simply take control of your hosting account yourself without the need to migrate.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. We’ll calculate the difference in payments and bill accordingly. Alternatively, you can contact us at any time to have your plan customised around your needs. You can also downgrade your plan at any time. Your service will continue for the rest of the period you’ve already paid for, after which your bill will renew at the new lower price, and your service with be downgraded as requested.

Cheap plans usually don’t offer good value. Yes, you can pay less, but you’ll get a lot less. All too often we see well meaning, but inexperienced “experts” managing websites and causing major issues. We see cheap hosting solutions making sites run slowly, and content that is not even remotely SEO or conversion optimised. But… we’re not here to trash talk.
